As the much-awaited OG gears up for its worldwide release, Arjun Das has penned a long and heartfelt note for his co-star and OG’s lead star Pawan Kalyan. Arjun Das, who was seen in films like Good Bad Ugly this year, will be seen playing a rugged fierce man named Arjun in the film.

Taking to his X page, Arjun Das recalled the first time Pawan Kalyan spoke about his work. He stated, “When you told me you loved Jammy in Good Bad Ugly, I didn't know how to react. I'll never forget everything you told me and all the conversations we had. I understood why everyone calls you Powerstar — it's because of the power you hold in your heart.”

Arjun Das also spoke of Pawan Kalyan’s kindness on other occasions, like when he tweeted about Arjun Das’ voiceover for Hari Hara Veera Mallu trailer. He wrote, “You didn't have to tweet, but you still did. Pawan Sir with me there are no favours, you just have to ask, for you I'll always always be a message or call away.” Recalling another instance of Pawan Kalyan’s kindness, Arjun noted, “During the shoot one day, despite wearing a shirt drenched in fake blood, you went and changed just so that I could take a picture with you.”

Arjun Das also expressed his admiration for OG composer Thaman in his note, stating, “I can't wait for the audience to listen to the magic you have created.” In his note, Arjun Das also stated that he has found a great friend in Sujeeth, the director of OG, adding, “You are a filmmaker with lot of passion and love for your work and a lot of love for PK Sir. brother, thank you for making me a part of your vision. Like I've always told you, I want you to win and win big, if you are directing a film and you think there is a part for me, I'll be a message away.”

The lead cast of OG also includes Priyanka Mohan, Sriya Reddy, and Emraan Hashmi in his Telugu film debut. The film is produced by DVV Entertainment banner, which had last produced Nani starrer Saripodhaa Sanivaaram.
