Cinema Express Desk

Recently, we reported about Keerthy Suresh and Mysskin starring in a film, directed by debutant Praveen S Vijay. Keerthy and Mysskin play lawyers in the film, titled Sathyavan Savithiri. It follows Keerthy's energetic and cheerful character who takes up an important case even as she deals with emotional pain—a decision that upends her life. Recently, director Praveen said that Sathyavan Savithiri has elements similar to films such as Vidhi, in which the characters try to come out of personal troubles while seeking justice.

In a new update, the makers of the film, namely Drumsticks Productions, revealed that T Series South has bagged its audio rights and that the film is set to hit theatres in July. Announcing T Series as its audio rights partner, the producer wrote, "Melody. Emotion. Celebration. A musical feast awaits."

According to IANS, Sathyavan Savithiri also stars Heart Beat fame Charukesh, Bala Saravanan, Shilpa Manjunath, Madhusudhanan, R Sundararajan, Brigida, Mala Parvathi, and A Venkatesh, among others. The film is produced by Vedikkaranpatti S Sakthivel of Drumsticks Productions, with Vaishnavi Vivekchandar and Vinoth CJ serving as co-producers. Zee Studios is also part of the production team.

On the technical front, the film has cinematographer Arul Vincent, composer Sam CS, and editor GK Prasanna, among others.

Keerthy Suresh's upcoming films include Kannivedi, Thottam, Rowdy Janardhana, and Raftaar. She also stars in an upcoming Netflix series titled Akka. On the other hand, Mysskin's next films as an actor include I'm Game, co-starring Dulquer Salmaan and directed by RDX fame Nahas Hidayath. Mysskin's upcoming directorial ventures include the long-gestation film Train, starring Vijay Sethupathi, Narain, and Shruti Haasan, among others, and Pisasu 2 that faces a delay in its release.
