Arya, who is currently on a promotional spree for his upcoming spy thriller Mr X, has opened up on the actors he wants to work with in his upcoming films. In a recent interview, the actor shared that he would want to collaborate with Vijay and Vikram in the future.
"I have already worked with Ajith sir in Arrambam (2013) and Suriya in Kaappaan (2019) so I would love to work with Vijay and Vikram. With Vijay, I am unsure as he has now entered politics, but I want to join hands with Vikram sir for a project," Arya said. When probed on whom he wants to get together for a movie in an industry besides Tamil, the actor replied, "Shah Rukh Khan. He is my all-time favourite actor."
Directed by Manu Anand, Mr X, which is slated for release on April 17, stars Manju Warrier, Sarath Kumar, and Gautham Ram Karthik in crucial roles. The film's trailer, which was released recently, opened with an text that establishes that the story of the film is inspired by multiple true events. We are introduced to a team of undercover field operatives whose mission is compromised and are in the process of being arrested. But circumstances change for them, and they are on the chase to retrieve a nuclear device. Will they succeed in their mission? Will they prevent the spark of a large scale war?
The film also stars Athulyaa Ravi, Raiza Wilson, Jayaprakash, Kaali Venkat, and Anagha.
The technical crew of Mr X consists of Arul Vincent cranking the camera, Dhibu Ninan Thomas composing music, and Prasanna GK handling the editing. Backed by Vineet Jain and S Lakshman Kumar, the film is co-produced by A Venkatesh.
Besides Mr X, Arya will also been seen in Pa Ranjith's upcoming film, Vettuvam and Sarpatta Parambarai 2. The former will also star VR Dinesh, Sobitha Dhulipala, and Kalaiyarasan, among others. He will also be seen in Ananthan Kaadu, which is directed by Jiyen Krishnakumar, and written by Murali Gopy (Lucifer and L2: Empuraan). He has another untitled film Arya 40, a rom-com, directed by Nikhil Muraly.
