Saurabh Shukla is having a busy time promoting his films Subedaar, co-starring lead actor Anil Kapoor, and Jab Khuli Kitaab, directed by him. In one of his promotional interviews, the actor spoke about his role in King, starring Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role and directed by Siddharth Anand.

Speaking to Hindi Rush, he said that most of the big names from the film industry are part of the SRK starrer. "Not just me, but 70 per cent of the industry is part of King. All the big names are in it."

The veteran actor also spoke about his interactions with Shah Rukh while working on the film. "You must meet Shah Rukh one day if you are part of this industry. When you talk to him, it becomes an entertaining moment. He is an amazing and charismatic man."

Despite being part of the industry for such a long time now, Saurabh has not worked much with Shah Rukh. Saurabh starred alongside Shah Rukh in films such as Baadshah, Mohabbatein, and Hey Ram (also starring Kamal Haasan in a lead role), but they have not shared much screen space. However, it appears that he has some decent screen space with Shah Rukh in King. "Whatever work I did in King has been beautiful and memorable for me," the actor said.

The film also stars the superstar's daughter Suhana Khan. Unconfirmed reports suggest that the cast includes Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Jaideep Ahlawat, Rani Mukerji, Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Arshad Warsi, Abhay Verma, and Raghav Juyal. The makers of the film recently released a video giving a glimpse at Shah Rukh's character in it and announced the release date through it.
