The makers of RRR, the most-anticipated Telugu film helmed by SS Rajamouli, have released the video song of the track titled Janani (Uyire). This song features a collection of emotional sequences of Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt and Shriya Saran.

Janani is also called the Soul Anthem of RRR and within minutes of release, the song went viral on Twitter with hashtag #RRRSoulAnthem.

The scenes are fragmented, but I guess the intention is to capture the defining moments of each actor. Ram Charan as Alluri Sitaram Raju is featured in the opening scene of the video. with a blood-stained face, he runs towards something or someone and is seen sporting a decorated uniform.

In the second scene, Jr NTR as Komaram Bheem is seen with a teary eye, possibly in an emotional moment in the film. Following this was a sequence of Ajay Devgn’s character. He walks away from Sarojini (Shriya Saran), his wife after he claims that the uprising was his life. His fight, however dangerous, is his life, he said. Alia Bhatt’s scene shows her bidding goodbye to Sitaram. In this way, each actor in the lead role was included in the video song.

The film is about war and the song captures the many emotions that the people stuck in the war go through. This includes rebellion, betrayal, love, loss and grief.

RRR is produced by DVV Entertainments and the music for the film is composed by MM Keeravani. The film is scheduled to release on January 7, 2022. The other cast members on the film include Chatrapathi Sekhar, Rajeev Kanakala, Samuthirakani, Alison Doody, Ray Stevenson, Olivia Morris and Rahul Ramakrishna.
