Maadhav, nephew of Ravi Teja and son of actor Raghu, is all set to make his debut as a lead actor with Maremma. The film is touted to be a rural action drama rooted in strong emotions and folklore. It also marks the directorial debut of Manchala Nagaraj and is produced by Mayur Reddy Bandaru under the Moksha Arts banner, marking his first production.

Maadhav impressed with the first look, followed by a promotional video released earlier by the makers. Now, the team has taken the promotional campaign a step further by unveiling the first single, ‘Baava Baava’. Composed by Prashanth R Vihari, the song offers a soothing blend of native folk flavours and contemporary musical elements.

Its warm, earthy arrangements instantly create a pleasant vibe, making it an easy listen from the very first play. Kamal Eslavath’s lyrics beautifully capture the female lead’s gentle admiration for her bava in a simple and heartfelt manner. Singer Shruthi Ranjani’s rustic, unpolished voice adds depth and perfectly complements the song’s village essence.

Maadhav and Deepa Balu share a lively and natural chemistry that enhances the charm of the song. Their unpretentious performances, combined with the scenic countryside backdrop, make the visuals blend seamlessly with the music.

On the technical front, cinematography is handled by Prasanth Ankireddy, while music is composed by Prashanth R Vihari. Dev Rathod serves as the editor, and Rajkumar Murugesan is the art director. The film’s release date will be announced soon.
