Teja Sajja, who scored a massive blockbuster last year with Hanu-Man, will finally be seen headlining a movie again with Mirai. The action-adventurer, which has been a long time in the production stage, will finally hit theatres on September 5 this year. On Saturday, the makers released the first single from their film.

Gowra Hari is composing music for Mirai. Titled ‘Vibe Undi,’ the new single sung by Armaan Malik is an energetic dance number, replete with catchy beats and a playful vibe. Krishna Kanth has penned the lyrics.

The makers have also shot the ‘Vibe Undi’ music video (choreography by Vijay Polaki) on an impressive scale. The sets are vibrant and detailed, and Teja Sajja brings a casual charm with his dance moves. The film’s female lead Ritika Nayak is also part of the music video, along with Getup Srinu.

Kartik Gattamneni, known for directing Ravi Teja starrer Eagle and being the cinematographer of films like Karthikeya, Premam and Awe!, is the director for Mirai. The film is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and Krithik Prasad under People Media Factory banner.

Besides Teja Sajja and Ritika Nayak, the film stars Manchu Manoj as the antagonist. The ensemble cast includes Jayaram, Jagapathi Babu, Rajendranath Zutshi, Pawan Chopra, and Tanja Keller. Additionally, Shriya Saran will also be seen in a prominent role.

In the technical team, Sreekar Prasad is the editor and Sri Nagendranath Tangala helms production design.

As of now, Mirai is the only big release slated for September 5 release. The film is billed as a high-concept pan-Indian project, scheduled to release in both 2D and 3D formats across eight languages. The teaser, unveiled earlier, sets the tone for a mythological-meets-modern superhero narrative. Teja Sajja plays a reluctant hero chosen who confronts an existential threat to humanity, while Manchu Manoj plays The Black Sword.
