The first look of Ashok Galla’s upcoming film VISA ~ Vintara Saradaga has been officially unveiled on Friday. The film is set to throw light on Indian students navigating life in the United States. Billed as a youthful drama with touches of comedy and emotion, the film aims to capture the experiences, aspirations, and dilemmas of those studying abroad.

Directed by debutant Udbhav Raghu, VISA features a young ensemble cast including Ashok Galla, Sri Gouri Priya, Rahul Vijay, and Shivathmika Rajasekhar. The film is set against the backdrop of the environment in a university in the US, and highlights themes such as cultural adaptation, academic pressure, evolving friendships, and cross-cultural romance.

According to the makers, the story combines light-hearted moments with emotional depth, aiming to present a balanced narrative about the overseas student experience. The title, VISA – Vintara Saradaga, hints at a blend of humour (“saradaga” translates to “in a casual way”) and the bureaucratic and personal challenges that come with pursuing dreams abroad.

VISA – Vintara Saradaga is produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas. The teaser for the film is scheduled to release on July 12 at 10:53 AM, offering a first glimpse into the characters. A release date is expected to be announced soon.
