Veteran actors Parthiban and MS Bhaskar are the latest celebrities to pay a visit to newly-elected Chief Minister Vijay. While MS Bhaskar presented Vijay with a bouquet of flowers and wishing him for his successful tenure, Parthiban gifted Vijay a photo frame of the former actor in which he is seen in a royal attire. The frame has a model sized-throne stuck on the side. The unique gift, which has been going viral on social media also has a few poetic words in Parthiban's signature style.

The words essentially translate to, "From the cinematic realm to the Chief Minister’s seat! To bring a peaceful, non-chaotic governance, adorned with sacred sandal paste marks—Vijay, the great scholar, ascends the throne and adorns the seat of power. Congratulations to the Chief Minister, who is shaking the world of politics!"

Directors AR Murugadoss and Venkat Prabhu called on the CM and greeted him. The latter presented a numberplate TN-07-CM-2026, from their 2024 spy thriller, GOAT, a reference to Vijay's political aspirations at that time. Representatives of the Tamil Film Producers Council (TFPC) and the Tamil Film Active Producers Association (TFAPA) also met him. Actors Arjun, and Shanthnu also visited him to share their wishes.

Recently, photos of RJ Balaji meeting Vijay were shared widely on the internet. Actor-composer-producer Vijay Antony too met him and said that it was "inspiring to see his positivity and energy."
