On Thursday, Bhagyashri Borse took to her Instagram stories to share a video of a location which looked like it was from a village, where she spotted peacocks. She captioned the story, "Murugaaa", which has ignited speculations about her casting in Sivakarthikeyan's Seyon. On Friday, Bhagyashri further shared a photo on her story featuring a shoot location, captioning it, "It's so hot."
Previously, there were reports of her starring alongside the actor in his film with Venkat Prabhu. However, both of these speculations are yet to be confirmed by the films' makers.
Seyon is directed by Sivakumar Murugesan, who has just made his debut with Radikaa Sarathkumar's Thaai Kizhavi. Sivakumar and Sivakarthikeyan collaborated as director and producer of Thaai Kizhavi, with Seyon becoming their second work together. Sivakarthikeyan recently confirmed that he will do another film with Sivakumar after Seyon. This film is backed by Kamal Haasan's Raaj Kamal Films International, who is collaborating with Sivakarthikeyan for the second time after Amaran. Kamal is producing the film with R Mahendran.
Seyon's first glimpse confirmed Bala Saravanan and Aruldoss to be a part of the film's cast. On the technical front, it has composer Santhosh Narayanan, cinematographer Vivek Vijayakumar, editor San Lokesh, stunt director Supreme Sundar, art director RK Nagu, and costume designers Keerthy Sampath and Joshua Maxwell J. The film is slated to open in theatres this October.
Meanwhile, Bhagyashri Borse was last seen in Andhra King Taluka, alongside Ram Pothineni. She recently made her Tamil debut with Selvamani Selvaraj's Kaantha, sharing the screen with Dulquer Salmaan and Samuthirakani. She currently has Lenin, co-starring Akhil Akkineni, in the pipeline.
