TN 2026, the political satire, which was written and directed by Umapathy Ramaiah, with Natty Natraj headlining, will premiere on Prime Video on April 30. The makers also announced that the film will be available on Shortflix, Aha, and AP International.

The film released in theatres on April 10, and followed the story of Kulkanth Kumar (Natty Natraj), a superstar actor, and his rise in the political arena. TN 2026 is the sophomore directorial venture of Umapathy Ramaiah, son of actor Thambi Ramaiah.

The cast of the film includes Thambi Ramaiah, MS Baskar, Ilavarasu, Shrrita Rao, Chandini Tamilarasan, Yashika Anand, Redin Kinsly, Thalaivasal Vijay, Chitra Lakshman, Andrews, Java Sundaresan, Viji Chandrasekhar, Vadivukarasi, Srijaravi, Devi Mahesh, Indraja Robo Shankar, Vaiyapuri, Adthiya Kathir, Muthu Kumaran, Lollusaba Maran and others.

Music for TN 2026 was composed by Darbuka Siva.

CE's review of the film reads, "Tamil Nadu is a state that wears its politics and cinema on both its sleeves. From using cinema to amplify their political stance and using politics to shape their cinematic trajectories, many find themselves at the center of this Venn diagram. Whenever one among the many in the center gets the lion’s share of the attention, there comes a satire that is either a scathing commentary on the politics-cinema sphere, or a trend train that aims to milk the cash cow for a satirical spoof that is neither biting nor sardonic. Unfortunately, for all those involved in Umapathy Ramaiah’s TN 2026, the film firmly falls into the latter category."
