Following the release of Keerthy Suresh's latest outing, Revolver Rita, director Rathna Kumar took to his official X handle to praise the film. He commended the film's humour, Sean Roldan's music and Radhikaa Sarathkumar's acting in particular.

He wrote, "Had real good fun watching Revolver Rita, @KeerthyOfficial, carried the film on her shoulders with her screen presence, & Radhikaa ma'am nailed it with a fantastic performance. When she says, “Atha solren podunga maapla”, the theatre erupts. If you are a fan of dark comedy, this one is a delight. Never seen the quirky side of @RSeanRoldan before. I'm genuinely surprised, Ayya, bro. Vaazhthukkal. Happy for you, director Chandru. Congrats to @PassionStudios_ and @TheRoute for another quality film." (sic)
