Keerthy Suresh's latest outing, Revolver Rita, has been bringing her praise for her performance since its first premiere to the press and media fraternity on Thursday. Many have showered particular compliments on Keerthy Suresh, especially for her comedic timing in the black comedy film. Some reviews also compare it to Nelson's Kolamaavu Kokila, which revolves in a similar setup, but not within the span of 24 hours like Revolver Rita. Also starring Radhikaa Sarathkumar, the film is helmed by JK Chandru.
Calling the film a completely different role for Keerthy Suresh, a user wrote, "Revolver Rita largely works because of Keerthy's strong presence. Her comedy timing is spot-on and adds good entertainment throughout. She carries the entire film on her shoulders, making even the simple moments engaging."
Another user called the film "crisp" and describer her performance as "funny and confident." They wrote, "A strikingly different Keerthy in Revolver Rita, her timing is on point, and she owns every scene she’s in. She delivers her most effortless, show-stealing act. Crisp, funny, and confident."
However, a user wrote that the film's making is similar to both Kolamaavu Kokila and Doctor, giving a slightly middling review to the film. "Keerthy Suresh's body language will remind you of Vijay. The comedy is forced in many places. Technically, it is top notch."
A user penned a detailed review, also including praise for the supporting cast. "Radhikaa anchors emotional beats & good support to Keerthy for this dark comedy film. Sunil brings subtle humour, Redin Kingsley adds fun, Mime Gopi intensifies tension, Sendrayan keeps moments lively, Overall good supporting cast."
Also starring Sunil, Redin Kingsley, Sendrayan, Mime Gopi, and veteran stunt choreographer Super Subbarayan, the film is produced by Sudhan Sundaram and Jagadish Palanisamy. Aishwarya Suresh serves as the creative producer. Cinematographer Dinesh Krishnan B, editor Praveen KL, and art director Vinoth Rajkumar make up the film's technical crew.
