Vadhandhi fame Kumaran Thangarajan teams up with Balaji Venugopal for new film

Kumaran Thangarajan is taking on a lead role for the first time in a yet-to-be-titled film with actor-director Balaji Venugopal. KJ Ganesh of Venus Infotainment, known for Yaathisai, is also onboard as the producer of the film. The cast also includes Kumaravel, Balasaravanan, GM Kumar, Vinod Sagar, and Livingston in pivotal roles.

Kumaran is known for his work on the Vijay TV show Pandian Stores, opposite the late VJ Chitra, as well as the Prime Video series Vadhandhi: The Fable of Velonie. On the other hand, Balaji is known as the actor-director of the 2023 comedy drama Lucky Man, starring Yogi Babu in an important role.

On the technical front, the film has Achu Rajamani for music, Jagadeesh for cinematography, Madhan for editing, and Vasu for production design. According to a press release, the film is on the verge of wrapping up production and is gearing up for release. The makers will announce further details about it soon.
