We recently reported that Jailer, the upcoming film starring Rajinikanth in the lead role, is set to hit the theatres on August 10. Following that, the makers released a new poster. It is the shot from the teaser, which shows Rajini getting out of the car. 

Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, Jailer is backed by Sun Pictures. It may be noted that Jailer will mark the first collaboration between Rajinikanth and Tamannaah. Featuring Rajinikanth as Muthuvel Pandian, the film boasts a stellar star cast, including Mohanlal, Sunil, Jackie Shroff, Shivrajkumar, Tamannaah, Vasanth Ravi, Yogi Babu, Ramya Krishnan and Vinayakan, among others.
