Director Satish Vegesna's next film, Kothi Kommachi, featuring Meghamsh Srihari and Sameer Vegesna, went on floors in Amalapuram on Monday.

The team will be shooting in the scenic locales of the coastal town for 15 days, followed by a little over month schedule in Visakhapatnam.

"The film's shoot has taken off with a two-week schedule in and around Amalapuram. It's going to be a light-hearted film that keeps the audience interested in the story," says Satish.

Billed to be a youthful entertainer, the film features Riddhi Kumar and Megha Chowdhury as the female leads. Produced by MLV Satyanarayana, Kothi Kommachi also stars Rajendra Prasad, Naresh Vijaya Krishna, Mani Chandana, Annapurnamma, Shiju, and Sivannarayana in supporting roles.

The film has music by Anup Rubens.
