Bhavana's Anomie release date announced; Suriya extends his wishes

Along with Bhavana, Anomie also stars Rahman in the lead

Bhavana's new film Anomie will hit screens on January 30, announced the makers on Saturday. The release date was announced with a short video, which said "reintroducing Bhavana," who has been away for a while. This is also her 90th film in a career spanning over two decades.

Actor Suriya shared the video on social media and extended his wishes to Bhavana. "All the best Bhavana for Anomie, here's wishing you a great innings with a lot of success and happiness," he wrote.

Anomie, a sci-fi thriller, also stars Rahman in the lead. The film is directed by debutant Riyas Marath, who earlier co-wrote Mamta Mohandas’ Neeli (2018) and Diwanji Moola Grand Prix (2018). It also stars Shebin Benson, Arjun Lal, Vishnu Agasthya, and Binu Pappu in pivotal roles.

The film has cinematography by Sujith Sarang, editing by Kiran Das, and music by Harshavardhan Rameshwar, renowned for his work in Arjun Reddy and Animal. T Series and Panorama Studios recently joined the production team, which also includes Bhavana Film Productions, Dr Roy CJ's Confident Group, Aadith Prassana Kumar of APK Cinema, and Blitzkrieg Films.
