Hrithik Roshan opens up on his health issues: ‘Each body part comes with on/off button’

On Monday, Hrithik Roshan opened up vulnerably in a long heartwarming post, talking about his health issues that he has been dealing with for so many years. Earlier this week, Hrithik was seen using crutches at a public event. After the photos surfaced online, his fans were left in concern. 

Currently dealing with a major injury in his left knee, Hrithik Roshan penned a long note on Instagram, speaking up about his health struggles, particularly a condition that often causes some of his body parts to become non-functional. “Each body part comes with its own on/off button. My left leg uses this feature as a birthright. So does the left shoulder and right ankle. Just goes off. It’s a mood,” he noted. 

The Krrrish actor also spoke about this problem sometimes extends to his verbal communication, occasionally hindering him from being able to say certain words and phrases.

Hrithik shared that he chooses a lens of humour to adequately cope with his health struggles. On a light-hearted note, the actor also shared how he takes his non-verbal lessons from the likes of Salman Khan and popular Friends character Joey. Concluding his heartfelt post, the actor also thanked his assistants who support him in those moments of struggles, particularly on sets.

 Many film personalities like Dia Mirza and Manan Joshi took to the comments section to express their love and support for the actor.

It is to be noted that Hrithik Roshan struggled with stuttering for many years before he became an actor.
