We had earlier reported about Rasha Thadani and Abhay Verma headlining the upcoming Phantom Studios production titled Laikey Laikaa. On Tuesday, the makers unveiled the first look of their film.
While the first look doesn’t reveal the character looks for Rasha and Abhay, what we get is an interesting concept poster instead — the imagery focuses on the blood-stained sneakers of the two protagonists who presumably stand very close to each other, aiming for a kiss. What makes the poster interesting is the hint of violence in what also promises to be a youthful love story.
Laikey Laikaa is being directed by Saurabh Gupta. Last year, Rasha and Abhay were spotted in Delhi, shooting a promotional song video at many locales.
The makers also confirmed that they are aiming to release the film in Summer 2026, although a specific date or window wasn’t announced. More details about the film’s primary cast and crew are yet to be out.
Abhay rose to limelight with his appearance in The Family Man season 2 and Munjya. Meanwhile, Rasha made her Hindi film debut exactly an year ago with Abhishek Kapoor directorial Azaad. Rasha will also soon be making her Telugu debut opposite Mahesh Babu’s nephew Jaya Krishna Ghattamneni.
