The bookings for Akshay Kumar starrer Bhooth Bangla, which is set for theatrical release on April 17, have officially begun now. The makers of the film also released a new single on the occasion, titled ‘O Sundari.’

Sung by Vishal Mishra, Nakash Aziz, and Antara Mitra, ‘O Sundari’ is a happy and festive number, capturing the celebratory mood of the sequence where the protagonist’s sister is getting married. Kumaar has penned the lyrics, while Pritam is the music composer for the horror-comedy.

Besides Akshay, the music video for ‘O Sundari’ features many prominent actors like Wamiqa Gabbi, Mithila Palkar, and Jisshu Sengupta. The sequence also captured the sweet brother-sister bond between Akshay’s and Mithila’s characters.

Produced by Akshay Kumar, Shobha Kapoor, and Ektaa R Kapoor under Balaji Motion Pictures in association with Cape of Good Films, Bhooth Bangla is billed as a horror-comedy. Bhooth Bangla will have Tabu reunite with Akshay after 26 years (since Hera Pheri). The ensemble cast also includes Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav and the late Asrani. 

Directed by Priyadarshan, Bhooth Bangla is the only theatrical film this week, and the first big release since Dhurandhar 2. The horror-comedy will also have paid preview shows on Thursday, April 16.
