Spider-Man: Brand New Day teaser is arriving soon, but before its grand release, Sony Pictures had teased fans with 16-17 bite-sized minature videos ranging from 1 second to 5 seconds to give a glimpse on the story of the film. Ever since it released online, Zendaya has been all in praise of Tom Holland.

Ahead of the red carpet premiere of her upcoming film The Drama, Zendaya expressed her excitement for the fourth film in the Tom Holland-headlined Spider-Man movies. "It’s really wonderful," she said, noting how "biased" she is about Holland. "Tom is so talented, and he’s so great. And he cares so much. I think people will not be disappointed," she further added.

The teaser clips confirmed Zendaya's return to the franchise as MJ. It also sees glimpses of Jacob Batalon coming back as Ned Leeds. Other notable actors part of the cast who were seen in the teaser cuts were Sadie Sink and Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle/The Punisher.

Mark Ruffalo will return to for Spider-Man: Brand New Day, as Bruce Banner/The Hulk. Along with Ruffalo, Michael Mando, who was seen in an end credits scene for Spider-Man: Homecoming, will return as the villain Scorpion. Liza Colon-Zayas, known for The Bear, Tramell Tillman (Severance) and Marvin Jones III (Tombstone) are also part of the cast.

The upcoming film is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, who previously directed Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and Wonder Man, which he co-created and served as an executive producer.

Scheduled to release in theatres on July 31, Spider-Man: Brand New Day will begin on the heels of the previous film, Spider-Man: No Way Home, which ended with Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) casting a spell over the world, to make everyone forget Peter Parker, in order to protect his identity as Spider-Man. This includes his close friends MJ and Ned (Zendaya and Jacob Batalon). The film is Cretton's second MCU film after Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.

Meanwhile, The Drama, directed by Kristoffer Borgli also stars Mamoudou Athie, Alana Haim, Hailey Gates, and Zoe Winters. It follows Zendaya and Pattinson, a happily engaged couple, get tested when their wedding week goes off the rails thanks to an unexpected turn.

Interestingly, she will star alongside Holland and Pattinson once again in Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey. Pattinson and Zendaya will also be seen in Denis Villeneuve's Dune: Part Three where the former reprises her role as Chani and the latter plays antagonist Scytale.
