Threapleton made her acting debut in Alan Rickman's A Little Chaos (2014), which starred her mother and actor Kate Winslet in the lead. She went on to star in films such as Shadows (2020), Firebrand (2023), and Scoop (2024), before landing Wes Anderson's 2025 espionage black comedy. Her television credits include Dangerous Liaisons (2022) and The Buccaneers (2023-present).
