On Thursday, makers released the trailer of the upcoming Prime Video film Red, White and Royal Blue. The film is all set to premiere on the platform on August 11. The film is an adaptation of Casey McQuiston's bestselling novel of the same name. 

The trailer starts by showing Taylor Zakhar Perez's Alex Nicholas Galitizine's Harry, being the sons and grandson of the US President, and the Queen of England, respectively. At a public event, they embarrass themselves, forcing them to come together for damage control, to avoid a cut in international ties. From hatred, their relationship slowly turns to love. However, they find themselves amidst a bunch of differences, and the film is set to see how these star-crossed lovers come together. 

Alex's mother and President Ellen Claremont is essayed by Uma Thurman. Stephen Fry, Rachel Hilson, Sarah Shahi, Clifton Collins Jr., Aneesh Sheth, Polo Morin, Ellie Bamber, Ahmed Elhaj, Akshay Khanna, Sharon D Clarke, Thomas Flynn, and Malcolm Atobrah round out the rest of the ensemble cast. Matthew Lopez has written the screenplay from a previous draft by Ted Malawer.
