Academy Award-winning actor Catherine Zeta-Jones will play a leading series regular role in the Disney+ Hotstar original series National Treasure.  The live-action series is an expansion of the National Treasure movie franchise with Jess (Lisette Alexis) as the protagonist. It is her journey to uncover the truth about her family's mysterious past and save a lost Pan-American treasure.

Catherine Zeta-Jones plays a badass billionaire named Billie, who is a black-market antiquities expert.

An iconic actor, Catherine shot to global fame with The Mask Of Zorro, which had Antonio Banderas and Anthony Hopkins in the lead roles. She is also famous for the films like Terminal, Oceans 12, Side Effects, and Traffic. She garnered an Academy Award for her portrayal of the scandalous Velma Kelly in the screen adaptation of Chicago. Recently, she starred in the telefilm Cocaine Godmother.

Directed by Mira Nair, who also doubles up as an executive producer, also stars Zuri Reed,  Lyndon Smith, Jordan Rodrigues, Antonio Cipriano, and Jake Austin Walker.
