Anil Ravipudi’s multi-starrer with Venkatesh, Kalyan Ram fixes release window

Anil Ravipudi is reuniting with Venkatesh and Nandamuri Kalyanram for the upcoming untitled film

Director Anil Ravipudi who latest directorial was Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, starring Chiranjeevi and Nayanthara, released during the Sankranthi season, has now shared a major update about his upcoming project.

The director is set to make a multi-starrer featuring Venkatesh Daggubati and Nandamuri Kalyan Ram. The film is being produced by Sahu Garapati under the banner of Shine Screens and will be presented by Suresh Productions. The makers have officially announced that the film is being planned for a release for the Sankranthi season of 2027.

The project, currently referred to as VenkyAnil5 and NKRAR2, is envisioned as a massive festive entertainer. Zee Studios has also joined the project as co-producer. Producer Sahu Garapati recently backed films such as Bhagavanth Kesari and Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, is producing the film.

This film's significance is that, it marks Anil Ravipudi’s fifth collaboration with Venkatesh after F2: Fun and Frustration, F3: Fun and Frustration, Sankranthiki Vasthunam and Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu. It is also his second collaboration with Kalyan Ram after his debut, Pataas.

Anil Ravipudi is reportedly designing the film as a clean and family-friendly entertainer with a fresh and relatable story that can appeal to audiences of all age groups. With a blend of humour, emotions and festive flavour, the team is aiming to make it a complete Sankranthi entertainer. 

Pre-production work is currently underway, with Anil Ravipudi fine-tuning the script. The makers are expected to begin the film with a grand pooja ceremony soon, after which the official title and other details will be announced.
