'Laali Laali' from Varalaxmi Sarathkumar's Saraswathi is a mother's ode to her daughter

Thaman is composing music for Varalaxmi Sarathkumar's debut directorial, Saraswathi

The first single from Saraswathi, titled 'Laali Laali', has been released by the makers. The upcoming film directed, produced, and headlined by Varalaxmi Sarathkumar.

Thaman has composed 'Laali Laali', which features the vocals of the composer and Sunitha Upadrasta. Lyrics for the track has been written by D Dheeraj.

Thaman has previously worked on films starring Varalaxmi like, Ravi Teja led Krack and Nandamuri Balakrishna headliner Veera Simha Reddy, both directed by Gopichand Malineni. Sai Madhav Burra, who had written dialogues for both films, has written the story for Saraswathi.

The cast of the film also includes Prakash Raj, Priya Mani, Kishore, Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma, Radhika Sarathkumar, Nasser, Thulasi, Sapthagiri, Srikanth Iyengar, Mime Gopi, Hareesh Peradi, Raghu Babu, Getup Srinu, Venkat, Niveksha, and Pramila Rani.

The crew of the film also includes AM Edwin Sakay as the director of photography, Venkat Raajen as the editor, Sudheer Macharla as the art director, and Nandhu Master as the stunt choreographer.
