Young actor Roshan Kanakala's third film was officially launched on Friday in a low-key ceremony in Hyderabad. The project marks another interesting choice for the actor, as it ventures into the sci-fi fantasy genre with a story by filmmaker VI Anand, who is known for films such as Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada and Okka Kshanam. The makers describe the film as a mysterious universe where fantasy meets science fiction, romance collides with the unknown, and every frame promises a fresh cinematic experience.

Malayalam actress Gahazy is making her Telugu debut as the female lead opposite Roshan. Popular comedian Satya, Sudarshan, Ravi Teja Nannimala and several other actors will be seen in key roles.

The film also marks the directorial debut of Vijay K Kamisetty, who has worked as chief associate director and dialogue writer with VI Anand on films including Tiger, Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada, Okka Kshanam and Disco Raja. Apart from directing, Vijay has also written the screenplay and dialogues for the film.

The story is penned by VI Anand, whose imaginative storytelling has earned him a niche in the fantasy and science-fiction genre. The film is being produced by Balaji Gutta and Koushik Reddy under the Gutta Productions banner in association with Kamalakar Film Corporation. According to the makers, the film is mounted on an ambitious scale and promises a unique blend of fantasy, romance, comedy, mystery and science fiction.

The project was launched with a traditional pooja ceremony at the Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple in Kakatiya Hills. Actor Nikhil clapped for the muhurtham shot, while cinematographer KK Senthil Kumar switched on the camera. VI Anand handed over the script to the team and directed the inaugural shot, wishing the team success.

The makers promise that the film will transport audiences into a visually rich universe filled with imagination, emotion and unexpected twists. They say it has been designed as a complete theatrical entertainer that combines cutting-edge science fiction with fantasy and romance.

Sekhar Chandra is composing the music, while Anvesh Varala is handling the cinematography. Chota K Prasad is the editor and Brahma Kadali is the production designer. Tharun Reddy is the co-producer, while VI Anand and Anusha Veluswamy are the creative producers. Bandi Bhaskar and Shailendra Kumar are serving as executive producers.

With pre-production progressing at a brisk pace, the regular shoot will commence soon. The makers also announced that the film's title, first look and other promotional material will be unveiled in the coming weeks.
