Earlier during its run, Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu shattered RRR’s long-standing industry record to become the highest-grossing film on Day 5.
The overseas performance has been equally phenomenal. In North America, the film has already crossed the $2.6 million mark, becoming Chiranjeevi’s highest-grossing film in the region, overtaking his previous best, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. The film is now racing towards the $3 million milestone, which would also make it the biggest overseas grosser in director Anil Ravipudi’s career.
