Thrigun plays the lead in Aakarshitha, new film launched

Actor Thrigun headlines a new film titled Aakarshitha, directed by debutant Surishetty Kishore, which was formally launched on Saturday

Actor Thrigun, who has been carefully choosing his projects after the success of Eesha, is set to play the lead in his upcoming film Aakarshitha. The film was officially launched on Saturday with a traditional pooja ceremony.

Produced under the Lucky Entertainments banner, the film is jointly bankrolled by Kore Sandeep Yadav and Srikanth Battu. The project marks the directorial debut of Surishetty Kishore, while Padine Kumar plays the female lead.

The supporting cast includes Raj Kumar Kasireddy, Adhurs Raghu, Satyam Rajesh, Ravi Varma, Priya, and others. Cinematography is handled by Shaik Hazrathaiah (Vali), with music composed by Rohith Babu.

The muhurtham shot was ceremonially clapped by noted producer C Kalyan. Several prominent personalities, including producer-distributor Vamsi Nandipati and veteran producer Damodara Prasad, attended the launch event and extended their best wishes to the team.

Speaking at the event, Thrigun expressed his happiness about working with a new team and said that Aakarshitha is being made with a strong and refreshing story. He thanked the guests for their support and added that the film’s shoot will begin soon, with more updates to be announced shortly.

Director Surishetty Kishore stated that Aakarshitha will offer something fresh to audiences and thanked the media for acting as a bridge between filmmakers and the public.
