Producer Abhishek Nama, who turned director with the period drama Devil: The British Secret Agent, is now coming up with another ambitious project titled Nagabandham. Touted as a mythological action drama, the film is also one of the much-awaited Pan-India ventures in recent times.

Virat Karrna, who impressed audiences with Pedda Kapu, plays the lead role in Nagabandham. His first-look poster, released a few months ago, received a positive response and raised expectations around the film. Now, the makers have officially announced that the teaser will be released on February 15, marking the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivaratri.

The newly unveiled teaser poster is visually striking. It features a majestic cobra coiled protectively around a hidden treasure inside an ancient temple, hinting at the film’s mystical suspense and divine undertones. The imagery offers a glimpse into the core theme of the film, rooted in the sacred Nagabandham tradition, set against the backdrop of historic Vishnu temples across India.

Nabha Natesh and Iswarya Menon are playing the female leads, while seasoned actors Jagapathi Babu, Jayaprakash, Murali Sharma, and BS Avinash appear in pivotal roles, adding considerable weight to the ensemble cast.

On the technical front, Soundar Rajan S is handling cinematography, RC Pranav is in charge of editing, and Ashok Kumar is overseeing production design. The makers are promising a visually rich cinematic experience with strong mythological elements.

Produced by Kishore Annapureddy and Nishitha Nagireddy, Nagabandham is currently in the final stages of production. The film is planned as a grand Pan-India release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, and is expected to hit the screens this summer.
