Tharun Bhascker plays the lead in Gayapadda Simham, which is set to hit the screens on May 1. After unveiling JD Chakravarthy’s look earlier, the makers have now released another song from the film as part of its promotions. The film is directed by debutant Sreenivas Kasyap and produced by Kalyan Chakravarthy Manthena, Bhanu Kiran Pratapa, Vijay Krishna Lingamaneni, and Umesh Bansal, with Pavan Sadineni presenting it.
Director Sreenivas Kasyap makes his debut with a unique concept revolving around people aspiring to go to the United States — some succeed in getting visas, while others face rejection. Set against this backdrop, the story is narrated in an entertaining and satirical manner.
Tharun Bhascker plays the lead role, while Faria Abdullah and Manasa Chaudhary are the female leads. As part of the ongoing promotions, the makers have now unveiled the song ‘Jingala’. Earlier, the trailer, a promotional track, and another song had already generated curiosity about the film.
‘Jingala’ is picturised on Tharun Bhascker and blends emotion with energy. While the lyrics reflect a sense of sadness, the composition carries an upbeat tone, making it a unique track. The song is composed by Sweekar Agasthi and sung by Nakash Aziz.
On the technical front, cinematography is handled by Vidyasagar Chinta, while the story is written by Surya Prakash Josyula. The film is slated for a theatrical release on May 1.
