Sai Durgha Tej, who was last seen alongside Pawan Kalyan in Bro (2023), is currently busy wrapping up work for his upcoming film Sambarala Yeti Gattu, focusing completely on that project alone. However, a few reports had come up recently about the actor signing other projects after SYG.

In an official statement release for press, Sai Durgha Tej has refuted any such news and reports about his upcoming projects. “Fans are advised not to believe any baseless rumours, as genuine updates about Sai will be shared only through official channels,” the statement further read.

Mounted as a massive pan-India scale action-thriller with huge scale and lavish production values, Sambarala Yeti Gattu is directed by Rohith KP. K Niranjan Reddy and Chaitanya Reddy, who had earlier produced Prasanth Varma’s superhero film HanuMan, are the producers for Sambarala Yeti Gattu.   The film is being produced on a massive budget of Rs 125 crore, clearly becoming the most ambitious film to be headlined by Sai Durgha Tej.

The primary cast of SYG includes notable names like Aishwarya Lekshmi, Jagapathi Babu, Saikumar, and Srikanth. Eminent action choreographer Peter Hein is onboard for the project. The first glimpse of the film that was unveiled on Sai’s birthday has further added to the intrigue around the project.

The makers of SYG have completed most parts of their shoot, with only two schedules pending to wrap up the project. SYG is tentatively planned for an early 2026 release, though a date hasn’t been set yet.
