Jatadhara, the upcoming Sudheer Babu starrer supernatural thriller, is scheduled for a theatrical release on November 7. The film, mounted as a Telugu-Hindi bilingual, also stars Sonakshi Sinha. On Thursday, the team announced the trailer release date, also sharing that Mahesh Babu will unveil the trailer at a special ceremony.

Mahesh Babu will unveil the Jatadhara trailer on Friday, October 17. The Jatadhara team also unveiled a special motion poster on the occasion. Presented by Zee Studios and Prerna Arora, Jatadhara promises to blend mythology, folklore and the supernatural into an immersive cinematic experience. 

Jatadhara marks Telugu cinema debut for Sonakshi who will be seen playing the main antagonist in the film.  Produced by Umesh Kumar Bansal, Shivin Narang, Aruna Agarwal, Prerna Arora, Shilpa Singhal, and Nikhil Nanda, the thriller also features Shilpa Shirodkar and Divya Khosla in prominent roles. The ensemble cast includes Indira Krishna, Ravi Prakash, Naveen Neni, Rohit Pathak, Jhansi, Rajeev Kanakala, and Subhalekha Sudhakar. Sameer Kalyani is the cinematographer. 

The film was officially announced in August last year. As of now, the makers have released three singles from their film, the last of which was out on Wednesday.  Directed by Venkat Kalyan and Abhishek Jaiswal, Jatadhara will clash at the box office against Rashmika Mandanna starrer The Girlfriend. 

Sudheer Babu is married to Priyadarshini, the younger sister of Mahesh Babu. In the past, Mahesh Babu has actively participated in the promotions of several Sudheer Babu films.
