Chiranjeevi, who will next be seen in Anil Ravipudi’s Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu, also has the action-fantasy Vishwambhara, and separate projects with Srikanth Odela and Bobby Kolli in the pipeline. The film with Bobby Kolli was officially announced on the occasion of Chiranjeevi’s birthday with a concept poster, and it is tentatively billed as ChiruBobby2.

The makers of ChiruBobby2 are reportedly in talks with Malavika Mohanan for the female lead in the film. ChiruBobby2, also referred to as Mega158, is produced by Venkat K Narayana and Lohith NK under KVN productions. While other details are yet to be confirmed, Mirai director Karthik Gattamneni is reportedly roped as the cinematographer for the project.

The ChiruBobby2 team is reportedly planning to hold a muhurtham puja ceremony in November first week, with the shoot scheduled to commence in January next year. January 2026 is when Malavika’s Telugu debut The Raja Saab will arrive in theatres. Starring Prabhas in lead and directed by Maruthi, The Raja Saab also features Nidhhi Agerwal and Ridhhi Kumar in lead cast.

Chiranjeevi and Bobby Kolli had previously collaborated on Waltair Veerayya, the 2023 action-thriller which was a major boxoffice hit. Bobby Kolli’s previous film Daaku Maharaaj, which starred Balakrishna, released in January this year.
