‘Raja Okkadu Rani Okkati’ from Gamblers captures the mystery and intrigue of its universe

The upcoming mystery thriller stars MAD franchise fame Sangeeth Shobhan in the lead role

The makers of the Sangeeth Shobhan starrer Gamblers released the first single of their film on Thursday. Sashank Tirupathi has composed music for the film.

Penned by Kittu Vissapragada, the new single titled ‘Raja Okkadu Rani Okkati’ is a suitably intriguing composition, with impressive use of keys section to build of tension, almost in an operatic style. Sashank Tirupathi has also worked as the playback singer for his composition, while the chorus, consisting of Sai Deva Harsha, GK Sampath, Jayasree, Vinayak and Ashwini Chepuri, bring great value to the composition, capturing the mysterious element of the lyrics with their vocals.

Gamblers is directed by KSK Chaitanya, who has also co-written the screenplay with Vijay Chitneedi. The teaser of the film, released a few days ago, promises Gamblers to be a concept-driven movie that equally depends on all its primary cast members.

The film boasts of a huge ensemble cast, including Prashanthi Charuolingah, Prudhviraj Banna, Sai Swetha, Rocking Rakesh, Jaswica, Bharani Shankar, Srikanth Iyenger, Madhusudhan Rao, Chatrapathi Shekar, and Siva Reddy. Largely shot on a single set, Gamblers has production design by Rajeev Nair and action by Wing Chun Anji. Prem Sagar is the cinematographer. 

Sunitha and Rajkumar Brindavan have produced the film under Reshma Studios and Snap & Clap Entertainments. Gamblers is slated for a theatrical release on June 6, clashing against other midscale films like Badmashulu
