The teaser of Subham, directed by Praveen Kandregula, was released on Sunday. The film marks Kandregula’s third directorial venture and features Harshith, known for his role in Kalki 2898 AD.

The teaser of Subham introduces Harshith’s character on his wedding night, playfully trying to prove his strength to his wife. However, the situation takes a turn when he discovers that she might be possessed. The teaser hints at a blend of horror and comedy, with two other couples also appearing to experience similar situations. It concludes with the line, “The difference between a regular male and an alpha male,” maintaining a light-hearted tone.

Subham is the first production from actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s banner, Tralala Moving Pictures, in association with Kanakavalli Talkies. The film’s extended cast has many newcomers and indie actors like Gavireddy Srinivas, Charan Peri, Shriya Kontham, Shravani Lakshmi, Shalini Kondepudi, and Vamshidhar Goud, among others.

Subham’s screenplay is written by Vasanth Mariganti. The technical crew includes cinematographer Mridul Sujit Sen, editor Dharmendra Kakarla, and production designer Ram Charan Tej. Meanwhile Praveen Kandregula’s Paradha, starring Anupama Parameswaran and Darshana Rajendran, is gearing up for release soon.
