Release date locked for Naveen Chandra’s Showtime

Showtime also stars Kamakshi Bhaskarla in a prominent role

Naveen Chandra, who was recently seen in the bilingual thriller Eleven and Blind Spot, stars in the lead role of the upcoming film Showtime. On Saturday, the makers set July 4 as the release date for their film. Popular actor Adivi Sesh unveiled the release date poster on his X page, captioning his post, “My dear friends Naveen Chandra and Kamakshi Bhaskarla star in this unique concept film. Check it out in theaters.” The poster, also featuring veteran actor VK Naresh in a promisingly different avatar, hints at the film being a mystery-thriller. 

Anil Sunkara is presenting the film, while Kishore Garikipati is the producer. Showtime is directed by Madhan Dakshinamurthy.

The supporting cast also includes Raja Ravindra. Sekhar Chandra is the music director. T Vinod Raja is the cinematographer, while editing is by Sarath Kumar. The film’s dialogues are penned by Srinivas Gavireddy, who was recently seen in Subham. Supriya Battehpati is the production designer.
