We had earlier reported about Aadi Saikumar headlining a thriller titled Shambhala: A Mystical World. On Saturday, the makers released the official teaser of their film.
Bankrolled under the banner of Shining Pictures, Shambhala promises to tell the story of a small village that finds itself haunted and victimised by supernatural activities soon after a mysterious UFO is found in their village. This is when the teaser establishes arrival of its protagonist (Aadi Saikumar) who has to fight not just the mysterious force but also the villagers who are now acting as a barrier because of the supernatural hold over them. The Shambhala teaser is underlined with a powerful voice that adds to the intriguing mood of the narrative.
Shambhala is directed by Ugandhar Muni, and produced by Rajasekhar Annabhimoju and Mahidhar Reddy. The film also features Archana Iyer, Swasika, Ravi Varma, Madhunandan, Shiva Karthik, and Shailaja Priya in the primary cast. A few days ago, the makers had launched character poster for Shivakarthik and Ravi Varma.
On the technical front, Praveen K Bangari helms the cinematography and Sricharan Pakala has provided background score.
A release date for Shambhala is yet to be announced.
