We had earlier reported that the makers of Janaka Aithe Ganaka postponed their film’s release indefinitely, due to the rains in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The team has now announced a new release date for the film. Janaka Aithe Ganaka will hit theatres on October 12.

The Suhas starrer marks the writing and directorial debut of Sandeep Reddy Bandla. The trailer for the film, which was released two weeks ago, establishes its protagonist as a common middle-class man (Suhas), who has decided not to have kids unless he can provide for them in the best way possible. Later, the commoner files a rather unusual case on a condom manufacturing company. 

Sangeerthana Vipin plays the female lead, while renowned actors such as Vennela Kishore, Goparaju Ramana and Rajendra Prasad, among others, comprise the ensemble cast. Baby fame Vijay Bulganin is the music director for the film. Besides playing the male lead, Suhas is also involved as an overseas distributor for Janaka Aithe Ganaka, which will release in the US. The film will clash at the box office against the Gopichand starrer Viswam, which will release a day prior on October 11.

Suhas has another release in the coming few days, Gorre Puranam, which is scheduled to hit theatres on September 20.
