The official trailer of Bhamakalapam 2  was unveiled on Saturday. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on February 16. Bhamakalapam 2 is the direct sequel to the 2022 detective film Bhamakalapam. Much like its predecessor, Bhamakalapam 2 will be streaming on Aha. The film stars Priyamani in the lead role. Sharanya Pradeep, Seerat Kapoor, Anish Gurwara and Sundip Ved star in supporting roles. 

Set after the events that have transpired in Bhamakalapam, Bhamakalapam 2 follows Anupama (Priyamani), who is now planning to start a restaurant from the fame and income she got from her YouTube channel Anupama Gumaguma. She and Sharanya are also embroiled in a mystery, which Anupama tries to balance amidst her professional aspirations.

Bhamakalapam 2 is written and directed by Abhimanyu Tadimeti, who has also directed Bhamakalapam. The film is produced by the Sree Venkateshwara Cine Chitra banner. Prashanth R Vihari is the music director of the film, with cinematography by Deepak Yaragera, editing by Viplav Nyshadam and production design by Kiran Mamidi.
