Drinker Sai Trailer: A wayward youth’s journey of twisted love, heartbreak and self-destruction

Drinker Sai, the upcoming romantic drama starring Dharma and Aishwarya Sharma, is coming to theatres on December 27

The makers of the upcoming romantic drama Drinker Sai unveiled the film’s trailer on Monday. The trailer depicts Sai, played by debutant Dharma, as a rebellious youngster who falls for Bhaagi, played by Aishwarya Sharma. The film is about Sai chasing Bhagi to make her fall for him, but his desperate attempts fail and turn his life topsy-turvy. The youngster finds his answer in alcoholism, justifying the film’s title. The makers billed the film as “Based on a true story.”

Written and directed by Kiran Tirumalasetti, Drinker Sai is set against the backdrop of a medical college and also has the tagline “Brand of bad Boys." The supporting cast of the film includes actors like Posani Krishnamurali, Srikanth Iyengar, Sameer, Badram, SS Kaanchi, Kirak Seetha, Ritu Chowdary, Funbucket Rajesh, and Raja Prajwal.

Drinker Sai is bankrolled under the banners of Everest Cinemas and Smart Screens Entertainments, with Basavaraju Srinivas, Ismal Shaik and Basavaraju Laharidhar serving as producers. On the technical front, Marthand K Venkatesh is the editor, and Prasanth Ankireddy is the cinematographer. The film has music composed by Sri Vasanth. Drinker Sai is set to release in theatres on December 27.
