On Friday, the makers of BoyapatiRAPO announced that the film will hit theatres on September 15. The film, starring Ram Pothineni and Sree Leela in the lead roles, is all set to release in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada.  

The announcement was made along with a poster that featured Ram Pothineni casually laying down on a cot in an open field. 

BoyapatiRAPO, billed to be a mass action entertainer, is written and directed by Boyapati Sreenivas, who is known for successfully helming films in this genre. The film also stars actor Prince Cecil in a crucial supporting role. 

BoyapatiRAPO is produced by Srinivasaa Chitturi under the banner Srinivasaa Silver Screen. The banner has also produced the recent release Ugram, starring Allari Naresh and Naga Chaitanya’s Tamil-Telugu bilingual Custody. SS Thaman is the music director of the film, with cinematography by Santosh Detake and editing by Tammiraju.
