We have earlier reported that NBK 108 will release later this year on Dussehra. To commemorate the film's lead actor Nandamuri Balakrishna's birthday on June 10, the makers of the film have planned to announce the title by splashing it on exactly 108 billboards. The title will be revealed at exactly 9:10 am. Narasimha Naidu, one of Balakrishna's iconic films from the early 2000s, directed by B Gopal, will also be re-releasing in the theatres on the occasion of his birthday, in the 4k format. The makers of NBK108 are also planning to unveil more surprises on the actor's birthday. 

NBK108 also stars Kajal Aggarwal in the role of a female lead, while Arjun Rampal (in his Tollywood debut) will be playing the role of an antagonist. The makers also released two different posters during Ugadi, which displayed Balakrishna in two avatars. SS Thaman, who has also composed the music for Balakrishna's last film Akhanda, will be working in NBK108. C Ram Prasad is the cinematographer of the film, with editing by Tammiraju and production design by Rajeevan. V Venkat is the action choreographer of NBK108.
