Golden Globes 2023: Mahesh Babu happy to see world cheer for Indian film

Notably, Naatu Naatu from RRR won Golden Globe in the Best Original Song category

On Wednesday, India woke up to witness a historic moment when Naatu Naatu song from RRR bagged the Golden Globe in the Best Original Song category. MM Keeravani, who composed the song, accepted the award, in the presence of his team, director SS Rajamouli, actors Ram Charan and Junior NTR, and his family.

Naatu Naatu has lyrics penned by Chandrabose while Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairavaa lent their voices. Prem Rakshith choreographed the song which won appreciation for its electrifying beats and dance moves all over the world.

With Keeravani bagging the award, various film personalities took to social media to wish the composer and team. Actor Mahesh Babu, took to social media to congratulate.

“Watching the world cheer for an Indian film is a dream come true!! This year couldn't have started on a better note! Congratulations MM Keeravaani garu, SS Rajamouli sir, @tarak9999, @AlwaysRamCharan & the entire team of #RRR... Many more to come!!” Mahesh Babu tweeted.

It is to be noted that Mahesh Babu will be collaborating with Rajamouli for his next film.
