The teaser of Rudrangi, the upcoming period action thriller, was released by the makers. The film, which stars Jagapathi Babu, Mamta Mohandas, Vimala Raman, Ganavi Laxman, and Ashish Gandhi among others is scheduled to hit screens on May 26.

Set in the post-independence era, the teaser introduces us to the cruel antagonist Mallesh, played by Jagapathi Babu. It revolves around how the post-colonial powers in India decided to take advantage of the situation and continue to oppress the downtrodden. We see voices fighting against oppression, which also includes Mamta's swashbuckling and fierce character taking the fight into her own hands.

Backed by Rasamayi Balakishan, Rudrangi is written and directed by Ajay Samrat. With cinematography by Santosh Shanamoni, and editing by B Nageswara Reddy, the music of Rudrangi is composed by Nawfal Raja Ais.
