Yet another multi-starrer that marks the first collaboration of babai-abbai - Venkatesh and Rana Daggubati - is ready to roll. Titled Rana Naidu, the web series is an adaptation of the 2013 American crime drama Ray Donovan.
Bankrolled by Netflix in association with Locomotive Global, Rana Naidu is being directed by Karan Anshuman and Suparn S Varma. Interestingly, the web series marks the digital debuts of Venkatesh and Rana Daggubati.
The news has been shared by Venkatesh on Twitter and the Venky Mama actor went on a nostalgic trip to the days Rana has grown up to become an actor. "I've seen Rana Daggubati grow up right in front of me from a young boy to a fine actor. But in Rana Naidu, he better watch out. Rana Naidu, coming soon on Netflix."
Meanwhile, Venkatesh was recently seen in Narappa and he is currently looking forward to the release of Drushyam 2. Rana Daggubati, on the other hand, is awaiting the release of Virata Parvam and is also shooting for the last leg of Bheemla Nayak, also starring Pawan Kalyan.
