First look of Pawan Kalyan-Rana Daggubati starrer Bheemla Nayak out

The Telugu remake of Malayalam blockbuster Ayyapanum Koshiyum, starring Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati, has been titled Bheemla Nayak. The makers of the film announced the title with a short teaser. The 50-second video showcases Pawan Kalyan, who is stepping into the shoes of Biju Menon, recreate the iconic fight sequence set in a lodge.

While Rana Daggubati is not featured in the video, we hear him introduce himself as Daniel Shekar towards the end. Saagar K Chandra of Appatlo Okadundevadu-fame will be directing while Trivakram will be penning the dialogues and screenplay of the remake.

The film also stars Nithya Menen in a prominent role and has music by Thaman S, who also scored for Pawan's last release, Vakeel Saab. Ace cinematographer Ravi K Chandran will be handling the cinematography and Naveen Nooli will be editing.

The introductory video also teases that the first single from the film will be releasing on September 2. Bheemla Nayak is currently set to release on January 12, 2022.

Meanwhile, Pawan Kalyan has Hari Hara Veera Mallu directed by Krish, and an untitled film with Harish Shankar in his pipeline.
