Actor Rahman makes his Bollywood debut with this film 

The actor is said to have undergone training in the language, done extensive script reading and makeup tests for three months, for his role in the film

Actor Rahman, who is currently working in all South Indian languages like Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam will be making his Hindi debut with Tiger Shroff's Ganapath Part-1, directed by Vikas Bahl. 

The actor is said to have undergone training in the language, done extensive script reading and makeup tests for three months, for his role in the film. Rahman shares that he couldn't have got a better debut in Hindi. "The crew of Ganapath treated me with the utmost respect and working with Tiger and Kriti was quite an experience. On contrary to the usual rumours, there was no partiality based on language on the sets. We had a great time shooting together."

Rahman is also said to be part of Ganapath Part -II. Apart from this film, he has Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan duology, Vishal's Thupparivaalan 2 and Jayam Ravi's Jana Gana Mana in various stages of production.
