Media reports suggest that Megastar Chiranjeevi, who was last seen in the period film Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy might collaborate with director Boyapati Srinu next. The director's last film Akhansa starring Nandamuri Balakrishna has been declared a hit at the box office.

Chiranjeevi's close aides have hence reportedly suggested he collaborates with the Legend filmmaker. At the moment, Chiranjeevi is busy with four films, Acharya Godfather, Bhola Shankar, and Chiru 154.

Godfather, directed by Mohan Raja will see Chiranjeevi play the titular character. Actor Nayantara is cast as his sister in the film produced by Konidela Production Company and Super Good Films. Bhola Shankar, on the other hand, is a remake of Vedhalam, directed by Meher Ramesh. The film stars Tamannaah and Keerthy Suresh in lead roles.

Chiru 154 is directed by Bobby, but not too many details are out. The first look of Chiranjeevi in the film was released in a run-up to celebrating his 66th birthday in August.
