Arjun Das is a police officer investigating the disappearance of a young boy in the trailer of John Doe, helmed by Madhumitha. The film's trailer was unveiled on Tuesday at a pre-release event. The film also stars Sanchana Natarajan, Zaara Vineet and Srishti, among others.

The trailer starts with Zaara and her brother going out alone at night to buy dessert when the latter goes missing. The trailer hints at mystery and psychological horror with thriller elements.
